Article I

Section 1.  Principle office.  The principle office of the club shall be located at the home of the elected President for the applicable year in accordance with the election procedures as outlined in the By-Laws.

Section 2.  Other offices.  The Club may have other offices at various locations throughout the region as deemed appropriate by elected Club Officers.

Article II

Section 1.  Board meetings.  The board of elected officials will meet not less than bi-monthly on a date and at a location within the region of their club as agreed upon by a majority vote of the elected officers.

Section 2.  General membership meetings.  Meetings for the general membership will be conducted not less than quarterly at a location and at a time as agreed upon by a two-thirds majority of elected board.  These meetings need not be business only meetings, and may include social activities.

Section 3.  Special meetings.  Special meetings of the board and general membership may be called at any time by the President.

Section 4.  Notice of meetings.  Written or verbal notice stating the time and place of the meeting shall be delivered not less than ten (10) working days prior to the meeting.

Section 5.  Quorum.  A majority of the members of the Club entitled to vote, represented in proxy or by proxy, shall constitute a quorum at a meeting of the membership.

Section 6.  Proxies.  Members may vote either in person or by an agent authorized by written proxy executed by the member for a specific meeting of members.
